As the auditor in charge of numerous engagements in the Jura region, Alain Guillaume has in-depth knowledge of the local market of both industrial companies and public authorities. He has also frequently been involved in managing major special engagements in the electrical, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, while his two years' experience with KPMG Sydney makes him the ideal person for international companies to deal with.

In addition to providing auditing and financial advisory services, KPMG Neuchâtel also has tax,
trust and legal experts, all an integral part of KPMG's French-speaking Swiss, Swiss and
European networks. In Alain's own words to his first goals: "My team and I will continue to build
up our firm's business in Neuchâtel and the Jura region by showing that what matters to us is
doing the best job of meeting the needs of the companies that are the economic drivers of our
region."

Alain succeeds Stefano Ponta. Stefano has decided to accept, after more than 13 years within
KPMG, a new challenge outside of the firm. Over recent years, KPMG has experienced gratifying
growth in this region, acquiring engagements with watch and luxury product, e-commerce and
exchange-traded companies.

With French as his mother tongue, Alain also speaks English, German and Italian. Married and the
father of two children, he has always managed to find a balance between his professional and personal lives.
